Ingredients:
Vitex Berry, Motherwort, Fennel Seed, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover, Milk Thistle.
Steeping Instructions:
Bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend, turn off the heat, and cover. Allow to steep for 20–30 minutes. Strain thoroughly and enjoy warm.
Important:
Vitex may affect hormone-related pathways and can interact with hormonal medications, fertility medications, birth control, and certain other prescriptions. Red clover contains naturally occurring isoflavones and may not be appropriate for everyone with hormone-sensitive conditions.
Motherwort may also interact with certain medications and may not be appropriate for individuals with some cardiovascular conditions.
